Senior Site Engineer Civil

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute civil works as per approved drawings, quality norms & safety standards
• Daily planning, supervision of manpower, contractors & machinery
• Prepare DPRs and monitor daily site progress
• Conduct quality checks for concrete, reinforcement, shuttering & finishing
• Coordinate with billing, planning & procurement teams
• Verify measurements & support RA billing documentation
• Address site issues proactively to meet project timelines
• Ready to relocate to project locations as per company requirements

Requirements:

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
• 4–5 years experience in industrial, plant, or infrastructure execution
• Strong understanding of civil drawings, site management & finishing standards
• Good communication and team-handling skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel & AutoCAD

Preferred:

• Experience in cement plant or industrial building projects
• Familiarity with safety standards and quality documentation
