Civil Site Engineer

As a Junior Civil Site Engineer at Swagat Group, you will play a crucial role in ensuring project execution aligns with drawings, construction standards, and specifications. Your responsibilities will include: - Practical work experience of RCC, Chantar, Masonry, and Plaster in residential building construction - Maintaining and following checklists of execution, quality registers, and safety documents - Daily maintenance and proper stacking of shuttering material - Supervising labour distribution for construction activities - Checking concreting, steel, masonry, and plaster activities daily - Ensuring safety instructions are followed by workers - Coordinating with other engineers, supervisors, and following specific instructions from the Project Manager.
