Civil Site Engineer

As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing multiple construction projects from inception to completion. Your key responsibilities will include: - Supervising and guiding site engineers and site supervisors to ensure efficient project execution. - Ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and regulatory requirements. - Developing and implementing project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategies. - Conducting regular site inspections, resolving technical issues efficiently, and ensuring strict compliance with safety, environmental, and legal standards. - Coordinating with architects, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders. - Monitoring work progress, preparing reports, and presenting project status to management. - Optimizing workforce productivity and resource utilization. - Identifying and mitigating risks to avoid project delays and cost overruns. - Implementing quality control measures and ensuring best construction practices. - Leading and mentoring the site engineering team to enhance their skills and performance.
