Civil Site Engineer

As a Billing Coordinator, your role involves preparing and submitting accurate invoices to clients based on project milestones and deliverables. You will be responsible for reviewing and verifying all billing documentation for completeness and accuracy. Tracking project expenses to ensure they are within budget is also a key part of your responsibilities. In case of any billing discrepancies or issues with clients, you will be required to resolve them efficiently. Collaboration with project managers, architects, and contractors to gather necessary information for billing purposes will be essential. Maintaining accurate records of all billing-related activities and documentation, as well as assisting in the preparation of financial reports and analysis related to billing are crucial tasks. Coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely invoicing is also part of your daily routine.
