About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Billing Engineer who can manage RA bills, client billing, quantity verification, and documentation for our ongoing industrial and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare RA bills, final bills, and subcontractor bills with complete measurements.
• Verify quantities as per drawings, site execution, and BOQ.
• Prepare monthly cost summaries and work progress statements.
• Coordinate with site team, client engineers, and accounts for smooth billing clearance.
• Maintain proper documentation for audits and client verification.
• Monitor material reconciliation and site consumption reports.
• Support planning team with quantity take-off, DPR/WPR, and MIS reporting.

Requirements

• Diploma/B.E in Civil Engineering.
• 5–6 years of experience in billing for industrial/cement/infra projects.
• Strong knowledge of BOQ, rate analysis, drawings & measurement sheets.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD (basic), and billing software.
• Strong communication & client-coordination skills.

Preferred

• Experience working with cement plants / industrial structures.
• Knowledge of GST billing and vendor invoices.
