As we expand our projects, we are looking for a seasoned Site Engineer to join our growing team.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Site Engineer with a strong background in Kerala house construction. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience and a proven track record of managing residential construction projects from start to finish. Preference will be given to candidates under 40 years of age with deep practical knowledge of site-level execution, local construction practices, and architectural detailing specific to Kerala homes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day site activities and ensure timely progress of construction work.
• Coordinate with contractors, laborers, suppliers, and clients.
• Ensure quality control and adherence to architectural and structural specifications.
• Interpret drawings and execute construction accordingly.
• Monitor site safety, compliance, and documentation.
• Handle site measurements, billing, and material planning.
• Report progress regularly to project managers and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Diploma in Civil Engineering (preferred).
• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in Kerala house construction.
• Strong understanding of structural systems, foundation work, roofing, wood and concrete finishes, etc.
• Excellent communication and site coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage teams on-site.
• Proficiency with site-level software and tools is an advantage.
• Age below 40 years preferred.
