Job Title: Site Engineer – Residential Projects Location: Kochi / Kottayam, Kerala Job Type: Full-time Job Description: We are hiring an experienced Site Engineer to oversee residential construction projects in Kerala, primarily in Kochi and Kottayam . The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on experience specifically in residential building projects , with the ability to independently manage day-to-day site activities, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure timely completion with high-quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate on-site activities for residential construction projects. Execute work as per approved plans, drawings, and construction schedules. Liaise effectively with contractors, vendors, and labor workforce. Monitor progress, ensure quality standards, and maintain daily site reports. Handle site-level issues promptly and report to the project manager. Ensure material planning, stock tracking, and timely procurement support. Conduct quality checks and enforce strict site safety standards. Ensure full compliance with local building codes and regulations. Requirements: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. Minimum 3–5 years of solid experience in residential construction projects . Proven ability to independently handle site execution and coordination. Strong understanding of structural work, finishing, and MEP coordination. Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English. Based in Kerala or ready to relocate to Kochi/Kottayam areas. Two-wheeler and valid license preferred for site travel.
