Job Title: Quantity Surveyor – Construction & Interiors (3year experience) Company: L'empire Builders Location: Kochi, Kerala (On-site) About the Role: We are looking for a skilled Quantity Surveyor to prepare accurate quotations, BOQs, and cost estimates for our residential and interior projects. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of construction materials, pricing trends, and project costing. Responsibilities: Prepare project quotations, BOQs, and cost estimates . Conduct material take-offs from drawings. Liaise with vendors/suppliers for pricing and negotiations. Assist in budgeting, billing, and cost control . Requirements: 3 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor/Estimator. Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying . Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD .
