You are a skilled Site Engineer responsible for overseeing construction activities, ensuring compliance with design specifications, and maintaining quality and safety standards. Your role involves coordinating between project managers, subcontractors, and workers to ensure timely project completion within budget. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise on-site construction activities to ensure alignment with project plans and specifications. - Monitor work progress, ensuring quality standards and safety regulations are met. - Coordinate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors for smooth workflow. - Conduct site inspections and resolve any technical issues or design discrepancies. - Prepare reports, documentation, and progress updates for management. - Manage materials, equipment, and labor allocation efficiently. - Ensure adherence to project timelines, budget, and company policies. - Enforce health and safety standards, identifying potential hazards and risks. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field. - Proven experience as a Site Engineer in construction projects. - Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations. - Proficiency in reading and interpreting drawings, blueprints, and specifications. - Good problem-solving skills and ability to make quick decisions. - Strong communication and leadership skills to manage teams effectively. - Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management.
