civil site engineer

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Civil Engineer to oversee the construction and execution of a residential project in Puri. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all site activities are carried out in alignment with architectural and structural drawings, project specifications, and quality standards. The role requires strong technical knowledge, on-site supervision skills, and the ability to manage schedules, materials, and billing processes effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Alignment: Ensure all construction work is executed strictly as per approved architectural and structural drawings.
• Site Supervision: Monitor day-to-day site activities to ensure timely and high-quality execution of work.
• Execution Planning: Develop and implement work schedules, manpower plans, and material requirements to meet project timelines.
• Quality Control & Assurance: Conduct regular inspections to ensure materials and workmanship comply with quality and safety standards.
• Measurement & Billing: Prepare and verify measurements of work executed on-site for contractor billing and client reporting.
• Coordination: Liaise with architects, contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of site activities, progress reports, material usage, and daily logs.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and promote a safe working environment on-site.
• Issue Resolution: Identify potential issues, delays, or deviations and take proactive steps to resolve them.
• Reporting: Provide regular progress updates and reports to project management and senior engineers.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in residential building construction.
• Strong understanding of architectural and structural drawings.
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management software.
• Knowledge of local construction practices, materials, and standards.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
