Job Title: Civil Site Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Civil Site Engineer to oversee and manage construction activities at our project site. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing construction work as per design and specifications, coordinating with stakeholders, ensuring safety and quality standards, and maintaining project schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day site activities to ensure timely and quality completion of construction work.
• Interpret construction drawings and specifications to guide site execution.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and labor teams for smooth workflow.
• Monitor project progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly site reports.
• Ensure materials used and work performed comply with project specifications and standards.
• Conduct quality checks and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
• Assist in planning, scheduling, and resource allocation for site operations.
• Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties or problems at the site.
• Liaise with project managers, architects, consultants, and suppliers as needed.
• Maintain site records including material usage, labor deployment, and equipment logs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Proven experience (10 years) as a Site Engineer or similar role in the construction industry.
• Sound knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management software (e.g., MS Project or Primavera).
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel or relocate to project sites if required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of safety management and quality control systems.
• Certification in construction safety or project management is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹9,262.10 - ₹51,985.27 per month
