Civil Site Engineer

As a Project Coordinator for office furniture projects, your main responsibility will be to ensure the seamless execution of all project phases, starting from the initial planning to the final completion. You will be the pivotal point of contact between clients, the sales team, and the design team, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project requirements and timelines. Your tasks will include preparing detailed project schedules and delivery timelines, closely monitoring the progress of each project phase to guarantee timely delivery. You will collaborate with vendors and suppliers for procurement activities, ensuring that all deliveries are on schedule. Additionally, you will oversee site readiness, installation schedules, and coordinate with installation teams to ensure a smooth process. Quality control will be a key focus for you during the delivery and installation phases, ensuring that all aspects meet the required standards. It will also be your responsibility to maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, drawings, approvals, and reports. Handling change requests and client updates effectively will be essential in this role. Regular reporting to management on project status, along with timely escalation of any issues, will be part of your routine. You will also support the billing and project closure process, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently. This is a full-time position with benefits including cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, and Provident Fund.
