Job summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Civil Site Engineer to oversee and manage construction activities for residential projects in Gurugram and New Delhi. The ideal candidate will ensure project completion on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Site Supervision: Conduct daily site inspections, monitor construction activities, and ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
• Project Coordination: Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and address any unforeseen issues promptly.
• Quality Control: Implement and monitor quality assurance processes to ensure construction work meets established quality benchmarks.
• Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and present regular reports on project status, progress, and any significant issues to senior management.
• Resource Management: Manage on-site resources including labor, materials, and equipment to optimize efficiency and minimize project costs.
• Software Proficiency: AutoCAD

Key Requirements

• Experience: 3-6 years of relevant experience in civil engineering within the real estate or residential construction sector.
• Education: Diploma in Civil Engineering or a relevant degree in a related field.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in site management and construction project execution.
