Role Description

Civil Shuttering Foreman

• Supervising and coordinating shuttering/formwork activities on site
• Ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards
• Monitoring progress and resolving on-site issues efficiently
• Interpreting structural drawings for execution
• Managing the shuttering workforce and subcontractors effectively
• Reporting daily work updates to the site engineer/project manager

Qualifications

• 10–12 years of experience (contractor side) in

  shuttering/formwork supervision

• Strong site supervision and coordination skills
• Practical experience in formwork systems (wooden, steel, MIVAN, etc.)
• Ability to read and interpret structural and formwork drawings
• Sound knowledge of

  construction practices, standards, and safety regulations

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent (preferred)
• Good communication and team management skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
