Civil Shuttering Foreman

Job Description: KTech Buildcon Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a full-time Civil Shuttering Foreman to join their team in Gurugram. As a Civil Shuttering Foreman, your responsibilities will include: - Supervising and coordinating shuttering/formwork activities on site - Ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards - Monitoring progress and resolving on-site issues efficiently - Interpreting structural drawings for execution - Managing the shuttering workforce and subcontractors effectively - Reporting daily work updates to the site engineer/project manager Qualifications: To be considered for this role, you should have: - 10-12 years of experience in shuttering/formwork supervision (contractor side) - Strong site supervision and coordination skills - Practical experience in formwork systems such as wooden, steel, MIVAN, etc. - Ability to read and interpret structural and formwork drawings - Sound knowledge of construction practices, standards, and safety regulations - Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent (preferred) - Good communication and team management skills - Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities If you meet the above qualifications and are interested in this opportunity, please send your updated CV to prem.prakash@ktechbuildcon.in.,
