Civil Project Site Manager

You have over 15 years of work experience and possess strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team under pressure. Your expertise lies in managing large-scale projects, particularly in industrial constructions and ancillary structure buildings. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising project construction activities, providing technical guidance on construction methodologies, and coordinating with site management activities. Ensuring the implementation of corporate safety guidelines at the site will be a key part of your responsibilities. Your role will also involve monitoring safety training sessions, conducting toolbox talks for effective site safety management, and managing teams of engineers to overcome any challenges that may arise during the project. You will be involved in preparing and reviewing method statements, as well as work-specific quality control plans. Additionally, you will need to ensure that mobilization plans for the workforce, equipment, and materials align with the required quality and quantity standards. It will be essential for you to prepare monthly status reports detailing the progress of the project and the expenses incurred, while also monitoring the project expenses against the planned budget. Furthermore, your tasks will include checking the quality of construction materials in the lab, verifying R.A. bills for various civil works, and certifying rate analysis for different items and additional amenities. This is a full-time position with day and morning shifts, requiring your presence on-site at the work location.,
