Civil Project Engineer/Assistant Manager

Industry: Real Estate Experience rquired: 8 to 12 Years Experince required in Residential and Commercial Civil projects Key Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and oversee all phases of residential and commercial construction projects. Collaborate with architects, consultants, structural engineers, and MEP teams to finalize project designs. Prepare detailed project schedules, budgets, and procurement plans. Supervise contractors, subcontractors, site engineers, and labor to ensure timely execution. Conduct site visits to monitor progress, enforce quality control, and ensure safety compliance. Manage and track project documentation, approvals, and statutory clearances. Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and senior management to provide regular project updates. Ensure adherence to building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards. Control costs and mitigate project risks through proactive planning and issue resolution.
