Civil Project Engineer - Oil & Gas

Job Overview:

• We are seeking a seasoned Civil Engineer with over 10 years of experience in industrial construction, particularly within Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Fertilizer, and Infrastructure sectors. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in project engineering, site coordination, and construction management, with a preference for those experienced in marine structures such as jetties and river bridges.
• This role demands strong technical acumen, cross-functional collaboration, and hands-on involvement in planning and execution phases.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Coordinate with internal engineering disciplines to gather and share project-critical information Review and comment on engineering drawings and documents from consultants and internal teams
• Prepare technical specifications, BOQ/BOM/SOQ, and contract conditions tailored to project needs
• Develop and optimize concrete mix designs and bar bending schedules for procurement Select appropriate formwork methods and oversee pre-casting strategies for civil structures Conduct site visits for brownfield and shutdown projects, prepare reports, and provide actionable insights
• Participate in project review meetings, vendor discussions, and team coordination sessions
• Ensure proper documentation, drawing reviews, and compliance with construction standards
• Prepare Scope of Work (SOW) and quality requirements for third-party inspections Oversee final documentation and As-Built drawings from site teams
• Monitor daily progress reports (DPR), identify gaps, and implement corrective actions Support planning and scheduling functions and contribute to overall project strategy
