COMPETENCY

• Proven experience in civil and infrastructure design for large-scale projects, preferably in the solar PV industry.

• Proficiency in Civil 3D, HEC-RAS, QGIS, and other relevant software.

• Strong understanding of hydrological principles, soil mechanics, and geotechnical engineering.

• Experience in roadway design, drainage design, and erosion control.

• Knowledge of relevant codes, standards, and regulations.

• Organizational Skills: The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

• Communication Skills: Clear and professional communication, both written and verbal.

• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Ability to do onsite work.

• Experience with renewable energy projects.

• Familiarity with environmental impact assessments.
