We are seeking a skilled and experienced Civil Foreman to oversee and coordinate on-site construction activities, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead construction workers and subcontractors on-site.
Plan daily work schedules and allocate tasks to site labor.
Monitor work progress and ensure adherence to construction drawings, specifications, and timelines.
Ensure proper use of materials, tools, and equipment on-site.
Maintain site safety and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Coordinate with engineers, site supervisors, and contractors.
Keep records of work performed, materials used, and labor attendance.
Inspect work to ensure standards of quality are met.
Resolve on-site issues and provide practical solutions promptly.
Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings regularly.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Diploma / ITI in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and procedures.
Good leadership and team management skills.
Ability to read construction drawings and specifications.
Knowledge of health and safety practices at construction sites.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
