Job Title: Civil Foreman Experience Required: 5-10 Years Location: Bangalore, Patna, Patliputra Industry: Building Construction / Real Estate Employment Type: Full-Time Key Responsibilities: Supervise and monitor all civil activities at the building construction site. Coordinate daily tasks for masons, carpenters, bar benders, helpers, and other laborers. Execute works such as excavation, foundation, shuttering, steel fixing RCC casting, brick/block masonry, plastering, flooring, finishing Execute work as per approved drawings, standards, and safety procedures. Inspect materials, workmanship, and ensure quality control at every stage. Coordinate with the site engineer and contractors for material requirements and manpower allocation. Maintain site discipline, ensure proper use of tools/equipment, and follow housekeeping practices. Keep records of daily manpower, DPR, and material consumption. Report any site issues, delays, or requirements to the site engineer or project manager. Qualifications & Skills: 5-10 years of experience as a civil foreman/supervisor on building construction sites Good knowledge of construction techniques, structural works, and finishing items Ability to read and interpret basic drawings, layouts, and work instructions. Coordination, and people management skills Knowledge of construction safety practices and ability to enforce them on site.
