Civil Foreman

As a Civil Foreman in Pune, you will be responsible for planning and executing various civil construction activities. Your key responsibilities will include: - Providing resource planning to the site engineer for shuttering material and manpower - Studying the drawings to verify the feasibility of de-shuttering and checking steel reinforcement as per the drawing specifications - Supervising ongoing shuttering and steel work on a day-to-day basis - Monitoring and controlling the wastage of shuttering materials - Coordinating with agencies to ensure the speed and quality of work - Checking alignment, level, and dimensions as per the drawings for columns, beams, and slabs - Maintaining material cleanliness and aesthetics, controlling wastage, and ensuring work completion as per the design - Verifying compliance with the drawing specifications for steel reinforcement - Providing stock details to the senior engineer and stores - Checking steel reinforcement details like bar diagrams, spacing, cover, and lap length The ideal candidate for this position should have educational qualifications of SSC/HSC/Graduate and possess strong knowledge in the methodology of various civil execution activities. With 1 to 15 years of work experience, you will play a crucial role in the successful completion of civil construction projects.
