Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Civil Foreman to oversee and manage construction site operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in civil construction projects, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage labor, ensure work quality, and maintain project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day construction site activities
Manage labor and subcontractors to ensure timely task completion
Read and interpret civil drawings and specifications
Monitor material usage, inventory, and work quality
Ensure safety compliance and cleanliness at the site
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and project managers
Maintain daily progress reports and site documentation
Handle basic troubleshooting and on-site decision-making

Requirements:

Minimum 7-8 years of experience as a Civil Foreman in building or infrastructure projects
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and tools
Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
Excellent team management and communication skills
Familiarity with site safety protocols
Physically fit and able to work on-site full-time

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
