Civil Foreman

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Civil Foreman to oversee and manage construction site operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in civil construction projects, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage labor, ensure work quality, and maintain project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day construction site activities
• Manage labor and subcontractors to ensure timely task completion
• Read and interpret civil drawings and specifications
• Monitor material usage, inventory, and work quality
• Ensure safety compliance and cleanliness at the site
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and project managers
• Maintain daily progress reports and site documentation
• Handle basic troubleshooting and on-site decision-making

Requirements:

• Minimum 7-8 years of experience as a Civil Foreman in building or infrastructure projects
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and tools
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
• Excellent team management and communication skills
• Familiarity with site safety protocols
• Physically fit and able to work on-site full-time

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
