Civil Engineering Consultant

PERIOD OF CONTRACT:

The tenure for the position will be initially for a period of one year. The period of contract may be extended every year up to a maximum period of two more years based on the performance and the requirement.

QUALIFICATION

BE/B.tech (Civil Engineering) or equivalent from Government recognized Universities / Institutes.

EXPERIENCE

Preference shall be given to the candidates having post qualification experience of more than 03 years.

(Note: Training experience forming a part of the curriculum will not be counted towards the total experience)

• On-site supervision of Supervising Construction of new building / renovation of premises / additional construction in the existing building.

• Statutory compliances as applicable for the building/project in coordination with Architect/Consultants/Contractors.

• Coordination with Architect/Consultants and ICSI-HQ officials.

• Vetting of specifications/estimate/drawings/details issued by the Architect/consultant

• Scrutiny and verification of running bills/final bills of Contractors including joint measurements quantities of various items in coordination with Architect of the project.

• Any other work as and when assigned by reporting officials.

• Any other matter as assigned by the Competent Authority from time to time.
