JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:

• Managing the maintenance, manpower and financial planning for Civil department
• Implement and ensure proper methods for optimize maintenance & project cost
• Ability to work to deadlines and within budgets
• Ability to maintain an overview of entire projects while continuing to attend to detailed technicalities
• The ability to think methodically and to manage projects.
• Prepares engineering documents by developing construction specifications, plans, and schedules.
• AutoCAD, Design Skills, Site Development, Database Design, Planning, Conceptual Skills, Legal Compliance, Drafting, LISP, Problem Solving.

Qualification : BE in Civil Engineering
