Job Description – Civil Engineer (Site Supervisor)

Location: Vadodara, Gujarat

Role Summary:

We are looking for a Civil Engineer (Site Supervisor) who can handle end-to-end supervision of real estate construction projects – such as club house, residential buildings, compound walls, amenities, internal roads and other related works. Candidate should ensure quality, safety, and timely completion of the project.

Key Responsibilities:

· Supervise construction works (RCC, brickwork, plastering, flooring, finishing, plumbing, electrical, etc.) as per architectural & structural drawings.

· Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and labor teams on a daily basis.

· Ensure material quality and check proper utilization on site.

· Maintain progress reports, site records, and BOQ updates.

· Monitor site safety and enforce company’s health & safety guidelines.

· Communicate with architects, consultants, and management for smooth execution.

· Ensure project completes within time and budget.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

· Diploma / B.E. in Civil Engineering.

· 2–5 years of experience in real estate / building site supervision.

· Knowledge of RCC, finishing works, and quality standards.

· Ability to read AutoCAD drawings and apply them on site.

· Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

· Knowledge of Excel / BOQ preparation (preferred).

Salary & Benefits:

· Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience).

· Allowances: Petrol allowance, PF, Bonus (as per company policy).
