As a Site Engineer at Aqua StudioX based in Hyderabad, your role will involve overseeing all civil construction activities at project sites, ensuring work is executed to the highest standards of quality, precision, and professionalism. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Site Supervision and Execution:** - Oversee and manage the day-to-day execution of civil works at the project site, ensuring adherence to design specifications, construction methods, and quality standards. - Coordinate with the construction team for smooth workflow and resolution of site-related challenges. - Ensure completion of work according to approved plans, schedules, and safety standards. - **Technical Expertise:** - Provide expert guidance on civil construction techniques, particularly in waterproofing, plumbing, and related practices. - Ensure proper installation of waterproofing systems and plumbing infrastructure as per project requirements. - Monitor structural reinforcement, material usage, and site preparation. - **Quality Control and Documentation:** - Monitor on-site workmanship to meet Aqua StudioX's standards. - Document daily site progress with photos and detailed updates. - Maintain comprehensive records including site reports, material inspections, and change orders. - **Communication and Coordination:** - Act as the primary contact for civil-related matters, communicating clearly with internal teams and external contractors. - Coordinate between design, engineering, and construction teams to resolve discrepancies and implement design modifications. - Promptly communicate technical issues to relevant stakeholders. - **Project Compliance and Integrity:** - Uphold professionalism, punctuality, and integrity in all job aspects. - Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines. - Maintain transparency in reporting and address challenges directly. - **Reporting and Accountability:** - Provide regular updates to senior management and the project team on site progress. - Report discrepancies, delays, and challenges encountered on-site with proposed solutions. - Ensure on-site work adheres to project timelines, budgets, and design specifications. - **Site Safety and Organization:** - Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols. - Organize the site and materials properly to prevent hazards and ensure efficient workflow. - Conduct periodic checks for compliance with safety regulations.
