Job description:
Civil Engineer (Roads & Buildings)
Relevant Experience : 5 to 10 Years (International Experience also Required)
Location : Guyana, South America
Education & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering (or equivalent)
Strong knowledge of road construction, concrete works, foundation design, and structural detailing.
Familiar with relevant codes, standards, and construction safety practices.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project / Primavera, and MS Office.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Summary:
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Civil Engineer with strong expertise in Road and Building construction projects. The ideal candidate will oversee planning, execution, and supervision of infrastructure projects, ensuring that all works are completed on time, within budget, and according to technical specifications and safety standards.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Plan, design, and oversee construction and maintenance of roads, highways, buildings, and related infrastructure.
Supervise site activities, ensuring quality, safety, and adherence to project timelines.
Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
Prepare project reports, progress updates, and material requirement plans.
Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with engineering standards and safety regulations.
Estimate project costs, materials, and manpower requirements.
Ensure proper documentation, measurement sheets, and billing for works executed.
Manage quality control, including testing of construction materials.
Assist in resolving technical issues and implementing corrective actions on-site.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month
