Civil Engineer

1. Land Development & Roads

• Design and execute road networks, pavements, and plot layouts (as per municipal standards).
  
• Supervise earthwork, grading, and compaction for site development.
  
• Manage paver fixing, kerb stones, and storm water drainage systems.

2. STP/WTP Construction

• Oversee Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) and Water Treatment Plant (WTP) construction.
  
• Coordinate pipeline networks, pump houses, and tank installations.

3. Utility & External Works

• Plan electrical/utility trenching, manholes, and firefighting lines.
  
• Ensure as-built drawings match approved designs.

4. Approvals & Compliance

• Liaise with government bodies for layout approvals (NOCs, building permits).
  
• Adhere to IS codes, MORTH standards, and environmental norms.

5. Quality & Safety

• Conduct material testing (soil, concrete, asphalt) and site inspections.
  
• Enforce safety protocols for heavy machinery and labour.

Requirements

• Diploma/BE/BTech in Civil Engineering

Experience:

• 5+ years in land development, roads, or STP/WTP projects.

Technical Skills:

• 
  Must-Have:
  
• • AutoCAD Civil 3D (for road design), MS Project/Primavera.
    
  • Knowledge of IS codes (for roads, STPs), MORTH/IRC standards.
    
  • Hands-on experience with paver fixing, grading, and utility networks.

• • BIM/GIS for terrain modelling.
    
  • LEED/IGBC certification (for green infrastructure).
