About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to oversee on-site construction activities at our project site in Goalpara, Assam. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, leadership abilities, and hands-on experience in managing large-scale civil or infrastructure projects from execution to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily site activities, ensuring adherence to design, safety, and quality standards.
• Manage project schedules, manpower, and materials efficiently.
• Liaise with contractors, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth progress of works.
• Conduct inspections and prepare progress reports.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory, safety, and environmental standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree (B.E/B.Tech) in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of on-site experience in civil construction (real estate, infrastructure, or industrial projects).
• Strong knowledge of site management, structural execution, and quantity estimation.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other relevant civil software preferred.
• Excellent communication and team management skills.

Remuneration: Competitive salary commensurate with experience.
