Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Lead
site execution and supervision
of a large-scale
Township Development Project
Handle construction of
residential buildings, villas, apartments, roads, drainage, water supply, sewerage, STP, and infrastructure works
Execute works as per
GFC drawings, approved BOQs, bar bending schedules, and technical specifications
Coordinate with
project managers, architects, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors
Ensure adherence to
project timelines, quality standards (QA/QC), and safety norms (HSE)
Monitor
daily site activities, manpower, machinery, and material consumption
Prepare and verify
measurement books (MB), RA bills, and contractor billing
Ensure compliance with
local authority norms, building by-laws, and statutory approvals
Maintain
daily progress reports (DPR), weekly/monthly reports
, and site documentation
Support
cost control, value engineering, and budget monitoring Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
mandatory
810 years of relevant experience
in
township, residential, housing, or infrastructure projects
Strong exposure to
RCC works, finishing works, and infrastructure development
Hands-on experience in
site execution, contractor coordination, and quality control
Proficient in
AutoCAD, MS Excel, MS Office
;
MS Project / Primavera preferred
Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Willingness to work
full-time at site in Jhansi
