Job Description

Role & responsibilities We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Civil Engineer to join our team in Udaipur . The ideal candidate should have a strong background in site supervision, structural and interior works, and proven experience in working collaboratively with architects and multidisciplinary teams. Preferred candidate profile Oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure construction activities comply with engineering standards and safety regulations. Supervise structural and interior works to ensure adherence to design, specifications, and quality standards. Collaborate with architects, consultants, and contractors to review drawings and resolve design/construction issues. Monitor and control project costs to ensure budget compliance. Ensure timely completion of work stages as per project schedule. Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and material verifications. Maintain accurate records of site activities, progress reports, and coordination documents. Provide technical guidance and support to the site team. Requirements: Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering. Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in construction site supervision, structural and interior execution. Preferred - experience in Hotel projects. Proficient in reading and interpreting architectural and structural drawings. Strong understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and cost control techniques. Excellent coordination and communication skills to liaise with architects, consultants, vendors, and site teams. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize tasks efficiently.
