Civil Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Civil Engineer to join our team. The Civil Engineer will be responsible for planning, designing, supervising, and managing construction projects including buildings, roads, bridges, and other infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

WORK EXPERIENCE: 5-7 YEARS

POSITION: CIVIL ENGINEER(SITE)

LOCATION: SANTACRUZ (WEST)

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, design, and oversee construction and maintenance of infrastructure projects (roads, bridges, buildings, drainage, etc.)

Conduct site investigations, feasibility studies, and technical evaluations.

Prepare engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications using CAD software.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and environmental guidelines.

Estimate costs, prepare tenders, and manage budgets.

Supervise construction activities, contractors, and project teams on-site.

Review and approve project reports, drawings, and documentation.

Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineers to deliver successful projects.

Monitor progress and provide technical advice to ensure quality and timely completion.

Conduct quality control and resolve design or construction issues.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred).

Proven experience in civil engineering projects (construction, infrastructure, or real estate).

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, STAAD Pro, or other design software.

Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and lead site teams.

Professional Engineer (PE) license/certification is an advantage.
