About Us

Melange Homes is a reputed construction company based in Kollam, handling residential and commercial projects. We are looking for a skilled and responsible Office Engineer (Civil) who can manage drawings, estimation, documentation, and coordinate project requirements from the office.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed AutoCAD drawings, structural drawings, and working drawings for ongoing projects.
• Handle quantity take-offs, BOQs, and cost estimation for materials and labour.
• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and documentation.
• Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Maintain and update project reports, material statements, and work progress.
• Verify measurements and support billing preparation.
• Ensure all drawings comply with standards, specifications, and client requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• 1–2 years of experience in construction projects (freshers with strong skills may apply).
• Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software (if any).
• Strong understanding of construction materials, methods, and project standards.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
