Civil Engineer

Project Planning & Coordination

• Develop and manage project schedules, milestones, and work breakdown structures.
• Coordinate daily construction activities and allocate resources efficiently.
• Monitor project progress to ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Support the Project Manager in overall project execution and decision-making.

Quantity Estimation & Cost Management

• Analyse architectural and engineering drawings to calculate quantities of materials, labour, and equipment.
• Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and cost estimates for budgeting and tendering purposes.
• Conduct rate analysis based on market trends, specifications, and project requirements.
• Forecast project costs and resources, identifying potential variances and cost-saving opportunities.
• Monitor costs throughout construction and recommend corrective actions where required.

Tendering & Estimation

• Prepare estimates at various design stages.
• Assist in tender preparation, bid evaluations, and submission of competitive proposals.
• Gather and review construction documents, specifications, and related information for estimation.
• Control and manage the estimating process at the project level using industry best practices.

Site Supervision & Compliance

• Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress, quality, and safety compliance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
