Project Planning & Coordination Develop and manage project schedules, milestones, and work breakdown structures. Coordinate daily construction activities and allocate resources efficiently. Monitor project progress to ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Support the Project Manager in overall project execution and decision-making. Quantity Estimation & Cost Management Analyse architectural and engineering drawings to calculate quantities of materials, labour, and equipment. Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and cost estimates for budgeting and tendering purposes. Conduct rate analysis based on market trends, specifications, and project requirements. Forecast project costs and resources, identifying potential variances and cost-saving opportunities. Monitor costs throughout construction and recommend corrective actions where required. Tendering & Estimation Prepare estimates at various design stages. Assist in tender preparation, bid evaluations, and submission of competitive proposals. Gather and review construction documents, specifications, and related information for estimation. Control and manage the estimating process at the project level using industry best practices. Site Supervision & Compliance Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress, quality, and safety compliance.
