Panchwati Builders is seeking an experienced Civil Engineer with a proven track record in warehouse and industrial construction projects. This is a key role that involves overseeing project execution, ensuring quality standards, and coordinating with various stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end execution of warehouse construction projects
Supervise site work to ensure timelines, cost, and quality targets are met
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, architects, and consultants
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and structural standards
Prepare BOQs, daily progress reports, and maintain project documentation

Candidate Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
At least 5 years of relevant experience in warehouse or industrial construction
Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Project (or equivalent tools)
Strong project management and communication skills
Ability to handle site-related challenges independently
