Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Civil Engineer (Construction) to join our on-site project team. You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day construction activities, ensuring quality control, managing contractor coordination, and supporting project delivery as per design specifications, deadlines, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

· Site Execution: Supervise and coordinate construction work on-site to ensure timely progress as per project plans.

· Quality Assurance: Monitor construction quality and adherence to engineering standards and drawings.

· Measurement & Billing: Assist in preparing daily site reports, measurements, and contractor bills.

· Contractor Management: Communicate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure resource availability and workflow.

· Problem-Solving: Resolve site issues and technical challenges promptly and efficiently.

· Safety Compliance: Ensure safety measures are followed on-site at all times.

· Documentation: Maintain proper records of materials, drawings, labor deployment, and daily progress reports.

Requirements:

· Experience: Minimum 2years of experience in construction project execution (residential, commercial, or infrastructure).

· Education: Bachelor’s or Diploma in Civil Engineering.

· Skills:

o Working knowledge of construction drawings and methods.

o Familiarity with site management tools and MS Office.

o Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural plans.

o Strong communication and organizational skills.

o Basic understanding of billing and quantity surveying.

o Willingness to work at construction sites full-time.

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on experience and performance)
