The ideal candidate will be adept at managing field operations, resolving site issues, and liaising with contractors, architects, and project stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of plans. Key Responsibilities Project Execution: Supervise daily construction operations on-site. Interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications. Monitor the work progress against project schedules and deadlines. Quality Control & Safety: Ensure all work complies with legal, safety, and quality standards. Implement quality control procedures and conduct inspections. Maintain a safe work environment through site safety audits and toolbox talks. Coordination & Communication: Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers. Provide technical advice and resolve site challenges in real time. Report project status, risks, and site observations to the Project Manager. Materials & Documentation: Plan material requirements and oversee delivery logistics.
