Industry: Construction / Brick Manufacturing No of requirement : 1 (one) Key Responsibilities: Client Site Visit and Inspection for factory layout. Prepare site layouts, machine layouts, and structural drawings for clients' factories including detailed drawings. Develop cost estimates, shelter drawings, technical reports, BOQ and material specifications for Client Factory set up. Calculate total land requirements for different scales of machinery and production. Oversee the maintenance of constructed facilities, shelters, and electrical systems Handle sales calls and assist clients by providing technical expertise on Good Bricks to potential clients, brick customers, and construction companies Conduct per-brick cost analysis for both current and prospective clients. Perform brick quantity analysis for Good Brick products to consumer Provide civil engineering support to the team, focusing on construction quality, brick integrity, and optimal usage. Perform site visits to conduct quality inspections, ensuring client adherence to established standards. Conduct daily production inquiries with clients and their operators to ensure that inventory status is up-to-date and promptly report any discrepancies to the department. Inspect land and soil conditions for new client sites to ensure suitability for construction projects. Key Skills & Competencies: Bachelor degree or above in Civil Engineering with at least 3 years of experience Excellent verbal and written English communication skills Experience in dealing with contractors Sound mathematical, scientific and IT skills The ability to think methodically and to manage projects Ability to work to deadlines and within budget Ability to maintain an overview of entire projects while continuing to attend to detailed technicalities Complete knowledge of relevant legislation..
