Civil Engineer - Estimator

As a Civil Engineer - Estimator at the US Based Company located in Ahmedabad, you will be responsible for estimating costs for commercial construction projects. Your key responsibilities will include: - Must have excellent English communication skills as the job involves 100% desk work and night shift timings from 4.30 PM to 1.30 AM. - Possess a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or related field. - Professional certifications such as Certified Professional Estimator (CPE) are preferred. - Previous experience as a Commercial Civil Estimator or in a similar commercial construction-related role. - Good knowledge of commercial construction materials, methods, and practices. - Experience in cost estimating, bidding, and proposal preparation. - Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and estimation software like PlanSwift, RSMeans, or similar tools will be advantageous. - Ability to read blueprints, diagrams, and floor plans. - Strong analytical, mathematical, problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy. - Capable of working both independently and in a team environment.
