Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Civil Engineer with 4–5 years of hands-on experience in building construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and supervising construction activities, ensuring quality standards, and coordinating with various stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage day-to-day site activities related to building construction.
• Review and interpret architectural and structural drawings, BOQs, and specifications.
• Ensure execution of work as per approved drawings, quality standards, and safety norms.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and consultants for timely execution of work.
• Monitor project progress, prepare daily/weekly reports, and escalate delays or issues.
• Conduct quality checks and ensure compliance with IS codes and project specifications.
• Manage site resources, including manpower, materials, and equipment.
• Assist in preparing project schedules, cost estimates, and material requirements.
• Liaise with clients, architects, and statutory bodies as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
• 4 to 5 years of experience in residential, commercial, or industrial building construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, and MS Office.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team coordination skills.

Preferred Attributes:

• Experience in RCC, finishing works, and site execution.
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,758.47 - ₹45,344.33 per month
