Job Description

Job Description: You will be responsible for supervising and executing all civil engineering works for ground-mounted solar projects. This includes reading and interpreting civil drawings, structural layouts, and foundation plans (including pile, RCC, and PCC types). You will oversee site leveling, excavation, cable trenching, inverter foundation, boundary wall, and other related civil work. Coordination with structural, electrical, and mechanical teams is essential for smooth workflow integration. Monitoring contractor/labor performance to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards will be part of your responsibilities. Maintaining site records such as work progress, labor deployment, material consumption, and daily reports is crucial. You will also support the preparation of RA bills and quantity verification, conduct site inspections, and assist in internal/external audits or customer visits. Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and environmental guidelines on site is a key aspect of this role. Qualifications Required: - Understanding of ground-mounted solar project civil scope - Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and site documentation - Understanding of RCC, PCC, pile foundations, and structural drawing execution - Knowledge of plan layout Additional Details: The company offers Provident Fund as a benefit.
