To directs the preparation of all financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, shareholder reports, tax returns, and governmental agency reports.
· Budgeting planning and Vison
To works with senior managers to develop budget proposals and coordinate the development and monitoring of budgets with a clear vision of Amiha’s growth.
· Forecasting
To develops financial business plans and forecasts, and compares sales and profit projections to actual figures.
· Risk management
To Analyzes company liabilities and investments, and evaluates and manages capital structure and fundraising initiatives.
· Operations
To analyses operations to identify areas in need of reorganization, downsizing, or elimination.
· Representation
To represents the company to financial partners, including financial institutions, investors, foundation executives, auditors, and public officials.
· Legal and regulatory requirements
To Ensures that the company complies with all legal and regulatory requirements.
