Position: Civil Engineer
Experience: 8 to 10 Years
Location: Moga, Punjab
CTC: Up to INR 80,000 per month
Industry: Industrial Construction

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee site management to ensure smooth execution of construction activities as per project timelines.
• Manage industrial construction projects, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate with the client's project teams to align work progress with their expectations.
• Handle client management, ensuring clear communication and prompt resolution of any issues.
• Lead project management activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and risk mitigation.
• Supervise all aspects of construction management, from planning to execution, ensuring compliance with industry best practices.
• Monitor site operations, ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to optimize project efficiency.
• Maintain project documentation, including reports, progress updates, and compliance records.

Requirements:

• Education: BE/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Experience: 8-10 years in industrial construction projects.
• Strong expertise in site management, client handling, and project execution.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and lead on-site teams efficiently.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
