Title: Plumbing Execution Engineer

Location: Chennai
Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹50,000 per month (Based on experience and interview performance)

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute plumbing works on-site in alignment with BOQ and construction drawings.
• Plan and manage site manpower and material requirements to ensure timely project execution.
• Ensure that plumbing installations adhere to quality standards and project specifications.
• Monitor daily and weekly plumbing activities to meet execution targets.
• Coordinate with design and drawing departments to ensure compliance with client-approved specifications.
• Handle on-site troubleshooting and resolve real-time technical issues efficiently.
• Maintain accurate documentation and prepare progress reports related to plumbing execution.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety and compliance protocols during all site-related plumbing operations.

Preferred Experience:

• Significant experience in metro rail or large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Proven ability to independently manage plumbing execution on construction sites.
• Familiarity with construction site practices, safety norms, and handover protocols.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related discipline, with minimum of 2 years' experience.
• Hands-on experience in plumbing execution for commercial or infrastructure-scale projects.
• Strong leadership and site coordination skills.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and BOQs.
• Effective communication and problem-solving abilities in field environments.
