The Scope Of Work, together with the attached technical details and drawings, describes the entire required civil work in which shall include. but not limited to the following activities: -

✓ Assessment and full study of all the existing drawings for the civil assets, identify missing drawings, and prepare and provide as-built drawings matching the site situation.

✓ Establish a unified tagging system (computerized database) for the existing CIVIL assets of the plant as per Unified Procedure for Tagging of Assets no. and provide an asset register as per site condition verified with As-built drawings. ✓ Identity, create, propose. Update, revise all required existing assets, verify the availability of required drawings in PM for each asset, Update and link all necessary drawings such as plans. elevations. sections. interior and exterior details to PM's list and allow Client Civil Engineer to have complete details required to carry out a visual and detailed assessment in the future.

✓ The company shall only provide the necessary drawings of each process plant, and it is the Contractor's responsibility to assess the full quantity of the works and advise the company of any clarification if required.

✓ The contractor shall assess and study all the assets which will be provided by Client. and sketches for the civil Updating the smart plant foundation 2D drawings and 3D models, indicating new tags of all civil assets in the SPF models and providing drawings for all systems and elements of civil assets. Providing plot plans and section plans for all HSECES assets to allow the Company to link the drawings in the PM modules.
