Job Title: Civil Draftsman (LGSF & PEB Construction)

Qualification:

• Diploma in Civil Engineering (Mandatory)

Experience:

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in Civil Drafting, specifically in LGSF and PEB construction projects.

Job Description:

• Prepare detailed architectural, structural, and fabrication drawings for LGSF and PEB structures.
• Convert architectural layouts into shop drawings and erection drawings.
• Coordinate with design and site teams to ensure accuracy and feasibility of drawings.
• Develop GA (General Arrangement) drawings, connection details, and component-level drawings using AutoCAD or similar drafting tools.
• Maintain drawing records and ensure revisions are properly documented and updated.
• Interpret and draft drawings based on engineering sketches, BOQs, and site measurements.
• Prepare as-built drawings post-construction completion.
• Work closely with design engineers, fabricators, and project managers to ensure design intent is met on-site.
• Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, standards, and client requirements.
• Support the site team with technical drawings or clarifications as needed.

Mandatory Skills & Requirements:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D drafting essential; 3D knowledge preferred).
• Good understanding of LGSF and PEB structural systems.
• Knowledge of shop drawing preparation, member detailing, and layout planning.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural & structural drawings.
• Familiarity with connection details, foundations, and anchor bolt layouts.
• Understanding of load transfer concepts in steel structures.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in drawings.
• Good coordination and communication skills for working with site and design teams.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, PDF editing, etc.).

Preferred (but not mandatory):

• Experience with Revit, Tekla, or Frame CAD software.
• Basic knowledge of BIM workflows.
• Exposure to modular or prefabricated construction projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
