Position: Assistant Manager – Civil
Location: Gandhidham, Gujarat
Experience: 15+ Years in industrial construction/maintenance
Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
Salary: ₹12 LPA (Negotiable for deserving candidates)
Employment Type: Full-time

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise civil projects, construction, and plant maintenance activities.
• Manage contractors, vendors, and site teams to ensure quality and timely completion.
• Prepare and review BOQs, cost estimates, tenders, and project reports.
• Conduct site inspections, quality audits, and safety checks.
• Coordinate with procurement, projects, and maintenance teams.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, statutory norms, and EHS policies.
• Provide MIS reports and regular project updates to senior management.

Requirements:

• B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• 15+ years of proven experience in industrial civil projects / plant construction / heavy structure maintenance.
• Strong leadership, project management, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project / Primavera, and MS Office.
• Knowledge of safety norms, quality standards, and statutory compliance.
