Role & responsibilities Training and Delivery Conduct hands-on training for shift and store managers. Facilitate onboarding for new hires alongside a Buddy trainer. Support unbiased RCA for customer complaints. Ensure compliance with food safety standards from receiving to serving. Provide ongoing training on Recipe SOP and operational processes. Ensure PODs receive in-depth culinary training pre-opening. Food Sensory Conduct sensory evaluations for all meal sessions. Perform mystery orders to assess service performance. Share sensory reports with stakeholders objectively. Quality Assurance & Performance Management Monitor kitchen team performance through quality checks. Implement a certification system for staff culinary standards. Use KPIs to measure training effectiveness and adjust strategies. Operations Support Train staff on kitchen equipment operation and maintenance. Support new store openings for a smooth launch. Conduct refresher training on updated standards. Assist store teams in achieving customer satisfaction goals. Coaching and Development Provide tailored coaching to enhance specific competencies. Offer real-time feedback during and after training. Identify high-potential employees for leadership programs. Conduct follow-ups to ensure skill implementation. Monitoring and Evaluation Maintain accurate training records and evaluations. Develop reports on training outcomes with actionable insights. Update training materials to align with current standards. Implement continuous improvement strategies for training. Collaboration and Reporting Align training initiatives with operations and NPD teams. Prepare training reports for senior management review. Coordinate with HR and operations for workforce development. Collaborate with unit and area managers to meet business goals. Qualifications: Knowledge and Functions of different Cooking Methods and Equipments Understanding of Perishable and Non Perishable Food & Beverage ingredients. Posses detailed skills and knowledge of Indian, Oriental , Cafe and world cuisine Knowledge of Food Safety and Food Quality fundamentals. Knowledge in Kitchen -( Cloud Kitchen), Operations Managements, Total Cost Management and Microsoft Excel & Word. Preferred candidate profile Education Qualification: Graduate/Post-graduate from "Govt Recognised Culinary Inst" in Culinary / Food and Beverage Operations Additional Certifications (If applicable) : Experience: Minimum 7-10 years of experience in the " " industry or " " profession- Hotel, Restaurant, Cruise, or food tech companies Perks and benefits
